different?

i saw this jockey commercial that had the tagline at the close

dare to be you.

great tagline, i thought to myself, except that the entire commercial was about being morphed into the same image. i guess the premise is that if you wear the jockey brand, you dare to be different–dare to be you–and you escape being morphed into sameness. but it seems to me that if we all buy the jockey product (which is clearly the intent of the ad), we might be the same…at least in some fashion.
