although mom and i didn’t dine in historic rome, we did dine at the cafe in world-renowned southern homes and gardens.
maybe southern homes and gardens isn’t quite world-renowned, it is locally known for plants, flowers, and home furnishings…and southern fru-fru food that ladies dine on while men await the second course. example below (scoops of chicken salad and new moon pimento cheese served over mixed greens).
